Return and Exchange Policy
Our hair is FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation. NO returns, refunds, or exchanges unless you notice your product to be defective. If so please contact us at email@example.com IMMEDIATELY within 3 business days. If your item is defective we will allow an exchange. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. For hair, hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in anyway. If our company decides to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for the shipping and shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed.
We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 3-5 days processing for returns.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY EXCHANGE.
After order is place it takes 5-7 business days to process and verify credit card authorization before we ship out your order. General shipping takes about 2-3 days. When your order is shipped we will email you with a tracking number. We only shipped to CONFIRMED addresses from PayPal. If your address is unconfirmed we will email you to verify your address to ensure accurate delivery.
ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. In the event that your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and comes back to us, we will notify you via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday.
All international orders must contact us and we will ensure it goes through the proper channels.
We strongly suggest not booking a hair appointment until you have received your order as things do happen unexpectedly with the post office.
